My computer wont turn on, what should I do?
First you should make sure the power cord is correctly plugged into the computer and the wall socket. If both plugs are firmly seated unplug the cord from the wall socket and try using another device in the same wall socket – if the device works you have confirmed there is electricity at the wall socket – therefore there must be an issue with the computer.
What if my computer turns on but wont boot to windows?
